Objective:
Coach the Managing Director/Owner while he constructs a 36 month vision for the development of a 'high potential' start- up.

Methodology:
Using a Balanced Score Card format plot the progress of the Company across the following headings: Customers, Financials , Internal Process and Research & Development

Material out-puts:

  • An up-dated Business Plan aligned to the newly designed strategy.
  • An agreed process for on-going review and up-dating of the Strategy as the Business grows

Reports delivered at intervals as required by Enterprise Ireland.
