Outplacement Group Workshop

Objective:
To offer support and direction to staff effected by the decision to cease trading.

Methodology:
Half-day seminar preceded by an e-mail questionnaire to all participants. Followed up with resource pack and guidelines.

The seminar covered the following:

  • Coping skills and strategies
  • Strategies to stay motivated and positive
  • Strengthsfinding
  • Resource and support network establishment
  • Issues raised by individuals in questionnaire e-mail
