Coaching
From time to time pro-bono coaching is undertaken where the coaching topic is new to the coach. The coaching is used as a learning process and always undertaken with supervision.

Un-Waged
In early 2009 Ignite made an offer to 'The Ideas Campaign' http://www.ideascampaign.ie/ to deliver a pro bono seminar to people in career transition in the West of Ireland. The programme was delivered and well received by the participants.

Team Development

Galway United FC
In the season 2008-2009 Galway United under the management of Jeff Kenna were staring relegation in the face at the start of September but following a coaching intervention with a difference the performance of the team was transformed. Click here to view the full story.

At the end of the 2008-2009 season Ignite facilitated a squad de-briefing session for Titans Basketball Club.
