Our Coaching Philosophy |
MethodologyIgnite Coaches take a psychological, person centred, systemic approach to the work of coaching. We believe that we are all motivated to be the best that we can be, or to self-actualise. We recognise the difference between coaching, mentoring, consultancy and counseling. We take care to build a high level of trust and work to support the client to find their own solutions while at the same time recognising the need to add further value by engaging in directive coaching when required. Coming from a strong corporate background gives added depth and perspective thus ensuring a better return on investment for our customers. Customer CentricCoaching supports change and helps people to understand how their thinking and emotional reactions can interfere with personal effectiveness, performance and well-being. The clients agenda is our agenda. We will always seek to tailor a solution and methodology to match the clients needs. We see coaching as a client-centred collaborative partnership that encourages clients to tap into their own resources to find their unique solutions to problems and issues.
