About Us

Nial O Reilly is the lead coach and managing partner of Ignite.
He set up Ignite in Galway in 2005. The Company has built a reputation for itself based on challenging, customer centred programmes which have succeeded in bringing about sustained behavioural change and performance improvement for individual and corporate clients. The coaching methodology is person-centred, results focused but based on a belief that the client is resourceful and will come up with the solution when facilitated.
Ignite has a particular passion for Team Development, working to bring about change at individual, team and business levels in Companies. Nial has extensive experience working in business at the highest level and has been a team leader and manager for most of his working life. He graduated from Smurfit Business School UCD in Business and Executive Coaching in 2007. He has a keen interest in performance psychology and is currently undertaking a post graduate diploma in Smurfit in the Psychology of Executive Coaching.
