Ian Snipper joined Ignite as Commercial Director in March 2003 after a successful career as business consultant and coach, and was appointed Managing Director in July 2006.
Ian's passion and focus is to facilitate the transformation of the workplace through the power of dynamic coaching programmes. He insists that all coaching and training engagements must be focused towards specific and measureable business results and Ignite's coaches are all certified in the use of the leading ROI measurement techniques.
Undoubtedly one of Ireland’s leading coaches, Ian has recently completed a post-graduate diploma in coaching and mentoring. Ian works from a platform of unconditional regard and respect which has the effect of catalysing positive change. Nevertheless, Ian is convinced that the insights gained by individuals through coaching must be linked to specific actions and behavioural change in order to have lasting effect.
Through the use of executive coaching and leading edge developmental tools, Ian empowers organisational leaders and their teams to achieve the clarity and focus required to breakthrough to the next level of achievement both personally and professionally.
Ian is a strategic thinker with a strong international business development background and prior to becoming a business coach he was a senior company executive with a 15-year track record of outstanding success in business development, having been responsible for initiating and deploying several global sales and marketing programmes. Ian has travelled extensively as a consultant and business coach to organisations in the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
Ian is 42 years old, has two young children and lives in Dalkey, South County Dublin.
