Ed is committed to the model of coaching as a tool for maximizing every human's performance and happiness in both their personal and professional lives. Ed has invested most of his adult life working with the principle of resolving challenges through observation and action.
Ed's educational background in Accounting and Management, as well as his hands-on experience as comptroller of construction, investment and manufacturing interests, give him an acute insight into the ongoing challenges of rapidly expanding and changing companies.
Ed currently heads Ignite’s USA West Coast operation. Prior to joining Ignite, Ed was the founder of Intent Coaching Programs, where he spent 12 years successfully coaching individuals and executives from a wide variety of corporations such as Microsoft, Nike, New York Life Insurance, and Thermo King.
Ed is married with one daughter and lives in San Diego California.
