Background:
Senior Management Team (SMT) had just completes a buy out of the Company from the previous owner. While the team had worked together for many years the CEO was new to the role and for the first time the SMT was truly responsible for the performance of the Company.

Objectives:
Measure the functionality of the team and identify strengths of individual members. Set the team up for the challenges ahead with a clear strategy and direction.

Methodology:

• Six two hour, one-to-one sessions followed by a ‘wrap- up’ session with CEO.
• Profile individuals using DISC (Behaviour Profiler) and audit the functionality of the team using Patrick Lencioni's model.  
• Two off-site team sessions. The first, a half day session to explore pre-prepared individual profiles of team members and a team profile. Followed by a full day session to review the profiles again and complete the strategic planning process.

Outcome:
