The overall aim of the programme is to enable participants to:

• Develop the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake credible business coaching in an Irish or International context and,
• Gain a clear understanding of how to build a successful and sustainable business coaching practise.

The programme is for:

• Individuals who have commercial experience who want to acquire business coaching expertise in order to develop their existing role, or to pursue business coaching as a career.
• Business Consultants or Trainers who wish to leverage their experience into the burgeoning Business Coaching market.
• Individuals with commercial awareness who have completed a recognised diploma course in Lifecoaching and now wish to learn the models and tools required to prosper in the corporate coaching arena.

• The programme content is set out in modular components, each of which provide a practical experience and a theoretical model.
• A wide range of advanced learning methods are used to maximise focus and memory.
• Course material is provided at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the course and a range of personal assignments are completed in advance. This ensures the optimum transfer of learning to the workplace environment. (A minimum of 4 hours is needed to complete the advance material)
• Class size is strictly limited, and two tutors will be in attendance.
• The material is delivered over 5 days, and includes over 40 hours of advanced learning made up of interactive classroom style lectures, experiential exercises and participation at group and individual level.
