The objective of The Executive Leadership Focusing Programme is to not only establish a meaningful vision for the future that encompasses both career and a balanced personal life, but also to gain the clarity, focus and enhanced leadership abilities that are required to break through to the next level of achievement. This coaching programme usually lasts a minimum of six months and includes One-to-One Coaching , Value Planner System, Personal & Professional Stategic Plan, Personal Value Creator and 7-Step Role & Responsibility Model.
The programme seeks to advance knowledge and enhance skills by using the most advanced coaching techniques in conjunction with best of breed tools, models and technology. For example, we use leading psychometric tests that provide invaluable personal insights, helping you to understand what motivates and affects your behaviour. With that knowledge you can more consciously and effectively create the results you desire.
